Why has my Premium subscription payment been declined?
If your Premium subscription payment has been declined, it’s likely that we’ve been unable to authorise payment using the card details we have on our database.

To check and/or update your payment card details, please go to the settings page and click ‘Change payment card’. You will be able to change your payment card details. It’s possible that the card’s expiry date has expired or you don’t have sufficient funds on the card. Once you have updated your payment card details, we’ll try to process payment again.
