Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number. Use this ticket number to track the progress and responses. For your reference, we are providing the complete archives of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
Please note the following:
- Our regular support hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
- SPAM emails that are not IT support related will be deleted and banned from the ticketing system.
- We have a strict one topic - one ticket policy. We will delete duplicated tickets.
