In order to streamline support requests and serve you better, we utilize a support ticket system.
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
Please note the following
- Our regular support hours are Monday through Friday from 7AM - 4PM.
- SPAM emails that are not IT support related will be deleted and banned from the ticketing system.
- Please reply to the same ticket for the same topic. Duplicate tickets will be deleted.
